Why do you and Parle have to live so far? I love making things for people I'm a fan of but since one thing I love to make is props I fell horrible giving them to people because depending on the size they can be difficult to take home.

Still I hope you guys are attending Metrocon 2015 even if it's unlikely. If it turns out you two are able to attend I might have to see if there is something small I can make you so it won't be too inconvenient to take home.
